REGENERATIVE ORGANIC FARMING
To sensitize the trainees about the environmental impact of intensive agriculture mainly in arid regions. | |||||||||||||||||||
To give the trainees information about organic regenerative agriculture including agricultural water reuses and food wastes valorization to encourage them to change their farm model to regenerative. | |||||||||||||||||||

1. To familiarize the trainees with insights of food systems, food security and food safety in regards of resilience and sustainability
2. To familiarize the trainees with elementary food processing, especially from direct agricultural raw materials in order to obtain safe, nutritionally beneficial food
3. To give the trainees ins about smart food manufacturing, food innovations and targeted nutrition trends altogether with a concluded future of food technology, innovation and sustainability. What innovation means. Showcasing good practice in small scale production.
